Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions, as well as our requirement that you have your current contact information, as well as liability insurance on file with us.
Additionally, please review your client's needs to be sure they have booked adequate time and space in order to avoid any issues day-of. We want this to be a positive experience for both you and our mutual client.
We offer Space Rentals only. Neither food nor drink is provided by UPSTAIRSsjc. If you require vendor meal accommodations, please discuss this with your client.

Thank you for applying to become a preferred vendor. Once we have reviewed your application & have received your valid evidence of insurance, we will list you on our website as a "Preferred Vendor". Please note that once approved, you must keep a copy of your valid insurance on file at all times. Should your insurance lapse, we may temporarily remove you from our list.
